Driver and Passenger Escape Injury in One Vehicle Crash

car-accident-graphic-5254_jpg_475x310_q85-300x225ROSE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police say around 4:48 a.m. on December 28, a one-vehicle accident occurred at mile marker 77 on I-80, in Rose Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, Anand Mehrotra, 25, of Eagan, Minnesota, was traveling east on I-80 when he lost control of his 2014 Toyota Highlander.

Mehrotra’s vehicle crashed into a guardrail.

Mehrotra sustained no injuries as a result of the crash.

One passenger, Surbhit Mehrotra, was not injured in the accident.

Both were was wearing a seat belt.

The driver was charged with a traffic violation.
