HENDERSON TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Police responded to a one-vehicle crash in Henderson Township that was reportedly caused by a steering issue.
According to DuBois-based State Police release issued on Thursday, September 14, the wreck happened 10:15 a.m. on Sunday, September 10, on Big Run Prescottville Road, in Henderson Township, Jefferson County.
Police say a 2009 Suzuki SX4 was traveling south when it went off the roadway and into a ditch due to a possible “steering issue.”
The operator—whose name was not released—was using a seat belt and was not injured.
The vehicle was able to be driven from the scene in a “customary manner,” however, the operator requested it be towed, police said.
The vehicle was ultimately removed from the scene by Mottman’s Towing.
