OLIVER TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A 30-year-old woman is facing DUI and drug charges following a traffic stop yesterday in Oliver Township, Jefferson County.
Punxsutawney-based State Police say a 30-year-old Avonmore woman was stopped for a speeding violation along Route 36 yesterday around Noon.
During the stop, the female was found to be under the influence of alcohol and controlled substances.
The incident remains under investigation and charges are pending.
Police did not release the name of the suspect.
