DuBois Man Faces Indecent Exposure Charges Following Incident at DuBois Mall

SANDY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A DuBois man is facing charges following an investigation of an incident that occurred at the DuBois Mall.

Court documents indicate that the Sandy Township Police Department filed criminal charges against 41-year-old Preston Kevin Dover, of DuBois.

According to a criminal complaint, on Sunday, February 25, Sandy Township Police Department received a report from DuBois Mall security that three women reported a man sitting in an older silver Lincoln vehicle parked in the area of the Wine Shop entrance pleasuring himself.

One of the women was able to get the license plate number from the vehicle.

Police found it was registered to Preston Dover, who they noted had a history of similar issues in the past, the complaint states.

When officers approached Dover at his residence, he admitted he was at the mall at the time the incident occurred and told officers he “just liked to watch them leave,” the complaint indicates.

Dover was advised that he would be arrested for the incident and that he was no longer welcome at the mall or mall property.

Based on the investigation, the following charges were filed on Monday, April 23, in Magisterial District Judge Patrick N. Ford’s office:

– Indecent Exposure, Misdemeanor 2
– Disorderly Conduct Hazardous/Physical Offense, Summary

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 25, with Judge Ford presiding.
