DUBOIS, Pa. – DuBois City police are probing an alleged burglary that occurred Sunday night at an apartment complex in the 100 block of West Long Avenue, DuBois.

Upon arrival police made contact with several witnesses. Witnesses told police that four masked males were burglarizing an apartment and when confronted one brandished a handgun.
According to witnesses, the male pointed the handgun at them. One witness who was legally carrying a firearm pulled it out and pointed it at the males.
After a brief verbal confrontation, witnesses told police the males fled from the apartment complex. The incident remains under investigation, and anyone with information is asked to call police.
