HYDE, Pa. (D9sports) – Alex Gribik scored the game’s lone goal in the first half, as DuBois defeated Somerset, 1-0, in the PIAA Class 3A subregional Wednesday night at Clearfield High School.

Gribik’s goal came early in the game, and the Beavers defense shut the door from that point forward.
DuBois will take on the WPIAL runner-up – either West Allegheny or Montour – in the PIAA playoffs next week.
