DUI Report: One Nabbed in Jefferson County

JEFFERSON Co., Pa. (EYT) – According to online court documents, the following individual has recently been charged with driving under the influence in Jefferson County:

Cody Alan Howard

According to online court documents, Punxsutawney-based State Police filed the following criminal charges against 25-year-old Cody Alan Howard, of Punxsutawney:

  • DUI: Gen Impairment/Incompetent of Driving Safely – 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
  • DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+) 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
  • Operating Vehicle W/O Required Financial Responsibility, Summary
  • Failure To Keep Right, Summary
  • Careless Driving, Summary

The charges stem from a traffic stop in Young Township on August 20, 2017.

A criminal complaint was filed on September 7, 2017.

A preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.
