DUI Report: Three Nabbed in Jefferson County

19-Year-old Joshua Marshall Emery, of Knoxdale, Pa.

Punxsutawney-based State Police filed the following charges against Emery following a December 12, 2015 incident in Pine Creek Township, Jefferson County:

  • DUI: Controlled Substance – Schedule 1 – 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
  • DUI: Controlled Substance – Metabolite – 1st Offense , Misdemeanor
  • DUI: Controlled Substance – Impaired Ability – 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
  • Marijuana-Small Amount Personal Use, Misdemeanor
  • Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
  • Notice Of Change Of Name Or Address, Summary
  • Fail to Notify Change in Address, Summary
  • Turning Movements And Required Signals, Summary
  • Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages, Summary
  • Careless Driving, Summary
  • No Rear Lights, Summary
  • Fail to use safety belt – driver and front seat occupant, Summary

Emery is awaiting a preliminary hearing scheduled for February 1, 2016 with Magisterial District Judge Gregory M Bazylak presiding.

43-Year-old Maceo Allen Ehause, of Walston, Pa.

Punxsutawney-based State Police filed the following charges against Ehause following a November 21, 2015 incident in Punxsutawney Borough, Jefferson County:

  • DUI: Gen Imp/Inc of Driving Safely – 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
  • DUI: Highest Rate of Alc (BAC .16+) – 1st Offense , Misdemeanor
  • Fail To Keep Right, Summary
  • Careless Driving, Summary
  • Fail to use safety belt – driver and front seat occupant, Summary

Ehause is awaiting a preliminary hearing scheduled for January 27, 2016 with Magisterial District Judge Douglas Robert Chambers presiding.

21-Year-old Chad Lyle Hetrick, of Reynoldsville, Pa.

Punxsutawney-based State Police filed the following charges against Hetrick following a November 26, 2015 incident in Punxsutawney Borough, Jefferson County:

  • DUI: Gen Imp/Inc of Driving Safely – 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
  • DUI: High Rte of Alc (Bac .10 – .16) – 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
  • Inproper Sunscreening, Summary

Hetrick is awaiting a preliminary hearing scheduled for January 27, 2016 with Magisterial District Judge Douglas Robert Chambers presiding.
