Eileen Marie Annarino

Eileen Marie Annarino, 66, of Punxsutawney, passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018, at home.

She was born on April 01, 1952, in DuBois, a daughter of the late Joseph and Stella Marian (Zavatsky) Boboige.

Eileen was Byzantine Catholic and attended Nativity of the Mother God Byzantine Catholic Church.

On November 17, 1973, she married Philip L. Annarino. He survives and resides in Punxsutawney.

Eileen worked at Huntington Foam in Brockway for sixteen years, prior to that she had worked for the Courier Express and Loree Footwear shoe factory.

She lived a simple, meaningful life. She didn’t care about material things. She just cared about God and family.

In addition to her husband, Phil, she is survived by three children, Philip James Annarino of DuBois, David Joseph Annario of Brea, CA, and Diane Marie Kot and husband Paul of Brockway; two grandchildren, Lindsey and Dylan Kot; one sister, Marian Hoover of DuBois; three brothers, Frank Boboige and wife Judy of Punxsutawney, Thomas Boboige and wife Helen of Reynoldsville, and Paul Boboige and wife Patricia of Falls Creek.

Preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Ronald Boboige.

Friends will be received from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, May 6, 2018, and Monday 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc., Big Run.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, celebrated by Father Vasyl Banyk.

Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Punxsutawney.

Memorial donations may be made in Eileen’s memory to Nativity of the Mother of God Byzantine Catholic Church, 200 McCullough Street, DuBois, PA 15801.
