RIDGWAY, Pa. (EYT) – Elk County Council on the Arts will host the 2015 Student Art Showcase First Friday Art Walk on on April 3 in downtown Ridgway.
The event will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Visitors are invited to shop and dine in downtown Ridgeway with extended shopping hours and specials during the art walk.
The Student Artist Showcase located at the ECCOTA Gallery will provide high school students in Elk County a chance to present their work to the art community in a professional gallery setting.
An Opening Reception will be held during the First Friday Artwalk at the ECCOTA Gallery, 237 Main Street, Ridgway.
Participating schools include Ridgway Area High School, Elk County Catholic, St. Marys Area High School, and Johnsonburg Area High School.
The exhibit will be open to the public and is set to run from April 3 to April 21.
