BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Emergency officials responded to a two-vehicle accident around 4:51 p.m. on March 12, on Allegheny Boulevard, in Brookville, Jefferson County.
Brookville Police say Brian D. Scott, 26, of Three Springs, Pa., and Danny W. Racer, 42, of Corunna, MI, were involved in the collision.
According to police, both vehicles were traveling south on Allegheny Blvd., and Racer stopped behind other stopped trucks waiting to get onto Interstate-80.
Scott was unable to stop his 2006 International truck and struck the rear of Racer’s combination vehicle.
The International truck sustained severe front end damages and had to be towed from the scene by Leadbetter’s Towing.
The combination vehicle sustained minor damages to the rear bumper guard and was able to be driven from the scene.
Brookville Volunteer Fire Department and Jefferson County EMS assisted at the scene.
There were no injuries reported.
