Falls Creek Man Arrested for Megan’s Law Violation

lee-chewFALLS CREEK, Pa. (EYT) – A Falls Creek man has been jailed on a Megan’s Law violation.

According to court documents, 46-year-old Lee Alan Chew, of Falls Creek, has been charged with failure to “Verify Address or Photographed as Required,” a Second Degree Felony.

He was arrested by DuBois-based State Police on March 9, 2016, in the borough of Falls Creek and arraigned at 11:45 a.m. in front of Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana.

Unable to post $25,000.00 monetary bail, he was lodged in the Jefferson County Jail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on April 27 with Judge Inzana presiding.

Chew was convicted on September 19, 2006, of Rape, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse.

His registration started on January 4, 2013.

He is listed as a Sexually Violent Predator.

Alias information is listed as Lee Sliter.
