CLARION TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Clarion-based State Police say around 7:30 p.m. on September 23, an incident of criminal trespass occurred at a residence along Pinecrest Lane, in Clarion Township.
According to police, a known, 46-year-old Falls Creek man went to the above described residence after being informed by a 33-year-old Corsica woman that he was not permitted there.
A charge of Criminal Trespass was filed against the accused in District Court 18-3-01.
