COOKSBURG, Pa. (EYT) – A special Family Fun Fest event is being held at the Verna Leith Sawmill Theater on Saturday, August 24.
The family fun begins at 2:00 p.m. with “SongFlowerMan,” an hour-long show for all ages featuring Tom Anzalone. The box office opens at 1:00 p.m. for ticket sales.
From 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Marty’s Gumball DJ for Kids will be playing.
There are several activities from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. including a Balloon Artist, Woodsy Owl, Smokey Bear, CNK Face Painting, a Juggling Unicyclist, Games, Crafts, and more.
The activities from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. are all free, sponsored by Kalyumet Fore Fun, Pale Whale Canoe Fleet, and the Cooksburg Cafe.
“TOM ANZALONE: International Musical Comedy Superstar,” a musical comedy, begins at 7:00 p.m. The box office will reopen at 6:00 p.m. for ticket sales.
The craft market, featuring over 60 vendors, will also be open through the day until 8:00 p.m.
