Training Toward Self Reliance, a non-profit organization, is looking for a high energy, motivated, and caring ATF Coordinator to develop and supervise a structured day program for individuals diagnosed with a developmental/ cognitive disability.
Looking for strong candidate who has: effective communication skills, leadership qualities, problem solving skills, effective speaking ability, organizational skills, and prior experience working with individuals diagnosed with a cognitive or developmental disability.
A four-year degree and two years of experience in the Human Service field are preferred.
