JOB DESCRIPTION: Record and process customer inquiries. Prepare quotations with price, delivery, and terms. Prepare equipment sales orders. Send updated completion schedules to customers. Maintain shipped equipment, serial number, and quotation database. Attend weekly production meetings. Interact with customers in a professional manner via phone and email. Other functions as assigned.
