Clarion University Foundation, Inc., has an immediate opening for a full-time Accountant.
This position will assist with all finance functions of the organization including, but not limited to:
• Perform and oversight of all general ledger functions
• Preparation of monthly financial statements and accompanying reports
• Reconciliation of bank and investment accounts
• Perform budgeting and variance analysis functions
• Assist with the annual audit process with external auditors
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills a must
• Scholarship administration/coordination and endowment management
• Special projects as needed
This position reports to the COO/CFO.
A bachelor’s degree in accounting and one year of direct accounting experience, advanced computer skills, and a valid PA Driver’s License required.
Non-profit experience is strongly preferred.
An advanced Excel skill set and/or experience with Blackbaud or Raiser’s Edge ERP systems a huge plus.
