Branch Manager – Brookville Office
Position Summary: The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of the branch office, including product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Credit Union’s objectives. Develops new loan and deposit business, provides a superior level of customer service and promotes the service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. Oversees the branch teller, new account, and customer service duties. Although not primarily responsible for customer transactions the Branch Manager will be available for account opening administration as necessary.
Education & Experience: College degree or equivalent experience required. Three to five years knowledge in banking and branch operations preferred. Prior managerial experience preferred.
