Caseworkers at Clarion County Children & Youth Services assist children, youth, and families in attaining a more satisfactory social, economic, or physical adjustment in everyday life.

ALL CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE MINIMUM ESSENTIALS AND TRAINING AS LISTED BELOW:
A Bachelor’s degree in social work;
OR
A Bachelor’s degree in sociology, social welfare, psychology gerontology, criminal justice or other related social sciences. and 1 year of social services experience
OR
A Bachelor’s degree in another field which includes or is supplemented by 12 college credits in the social science field.
UPON HIRE CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO:
- Provide Certified Transcripts
- Take the Civil Service Examination
- Provide Child Line, PA State Police, and FBI Clearances
