Shamrock Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Program Director for the Family Based Mental Health Services program.
The Program Director is responsible for ensuring a high quality of clinical service, ensuring the program operates in accordance with state licensing regulations and complies with agency and program policies and procedures.
The Program Director participates in a 3 ½ year training program through WPIC, and provides clinical supervision to family based teams providing in-home structural family therapy to children and families within Clarion and Forest Counties.

Job Requirements:
Graduate degree in the field of Human Services, plus a minimum of three years direct service experience with children or adolescents in a CASSP system, plus a minimum of three years supervisory experience and current clearances, or a bachelor’s degree in the field of Human Services, plus a minimum of five years supervisory experience and current clearances.
