Clarion Forest VNA is looking to expand our therapy departments by hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT), and a Speech Language Therapist (SLP) to work on a PRN basis to provide therapy services to our patients in their homes primarily in Clarion and Forest Counties.

Requirements:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania with a minimum of 1 year recent experience in healthcare required
- Licensed SLP in Pennsylvania
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
