SEATTLE – A week after being released from the New York Jets practice squad, former Clarion University football player Julian Howsare was signed by the Seattle Seahawks to their practice squad.
Howsare, a linebacker in college who was converted to fullback by the Jets, started the season on New York’s 53-man roster was released from the active roster after two games when he played 33 snaps, including 30 on special teams. He was then signed to the Jets practice squad before being released last week.
