Four Hospitalized after Snowy Crash in North Mahoning Township

A moving ambulance on it''s way to a crash site.NORTH MAHONINNG TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Route 119 in North Mahoning Township, Indiana County.

According to police, the crash occurred at 4:25 p.m. on February 9 when 22-year-old Kaitlin Myers, of Homer City was traveling north in a 2015 Chevrolet Cruz.

Police say the vehicle was travelling at an unsafe speed on the snow-covered roadway.

Myers was unable to steer the vehicle through a left curve and slid off the roadway into a concrete barrier.

Myers and three passengers sustained minor injuries and were transported to Punxsutawney Area Hospital by Jefferson County EMS.

The passengers in the vehicle are listed as:

-24-year-old Kimberly Hicks, of Indiana
-26-year-old Aaron Hicks, of Indiana
-24-year-old Joshua Aimino, of Black Lick

There is no word on their current conditions.
