Born February 21, 1932 in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Fred Rager & Fannie (Donaldson) Mower.
Frances has lived in Apollo since June of 2013, and was a 1950 graduate of Plum High School.
She enjoyed quilting, bowling, and bingo.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her brother, Jack Affolter.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Albert C. “Chuck” Belisky; children, Edward M. (Yvonne) Belisky of Apollo, Charles Belisky of Mckees Rocks, Sharon (Mark) Palino of Export, Harry J. (Brenda) Belisky of Meadville; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; brother, Ed (Marsha) Rager of McKeesport; sister, Noreen Painter of Punxsutawney; and nieces and nephews.
At Frances’s request, all services are private, and have been entrusted to the Curran-Shaffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Apollo.
