Francis “Frank” Camuso

Francis “Frank” Camuso, age 63 of Brockway, Pennsylvania, formerly of DuBois died on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at his residence, surrounded by those whom he loved and cared for.

Born on January 12, 1951 in Punxsutawney, PA, he was the son of the late Frank & Mary (Walsh) Camuso. Frank was raised in Brockway and had resided in Freehold, NJ, Jackson, NJ, DuBois, PA & Greencastle, PA, prior to returning to Brockway in 2011.

On May 25, 1985, he married Georgina “Gina” Brownlow. She preceded him in death on January 10, 2011.

Frank began working at Brockway Clay in 1969, and Brockway Glass, Freehold, NJ from1971until1989. He then created and ran Four Star Landscaping, Jackson, NJ from 1989 to1994. From1994to1996, he was the Assistant Superintendent at Pinecrest Country Club, Brookville, PA; from 1996 to 2006, he was Assistant Superintendent of Scottish Heights Golf Club, Brockport, PA; and from 2006 to 2009 was Assistant Superintendent at Worthington Manor, Frederick, MD.

He was a former member and Past Captain of the Freehold First Aid & Emergency Squad, Freehold, NJ, member of Knights of Columbus in both Green Castle, & DuBois, PA and from 2004 to 2006, was coach of DuBois Central Catholic Girls Soccer. He loved to fly fish and work in his garden.

Frank is survived by his three loving daughters;(Amy E. Wiebesiek and her husband Jimmy of Hamilton, NJ; Sara Jill Camuso and her husband Sam Wallin of Brockway, PA./Asheville, NC; and Hilarey Beth Camuso of Asheville, NC,) and his three grandchildren, Ethan, Natalie & Mason Wiebesiek.

He is also survived by 3 sisters ( Pat McKeone of Corpus Christi, TX; Sue Hockman of Hershey, PA; and Mary Kay Camuso-Ludwig of Columbia Falls, MT) and 9 brothers( Mike of, Brockway, PA; Larry “Snare”of Camp Hill, PA; Steve of DuBois, PA; Paul of Salem, OR; Bill of DuBois, PA; Joe of New Zealand; Vince of Brockway, PA; Tim of San Juan Batista, CA; and Mark of Harrisburg, PA.

He was predeceased by a son Matthew Camuso and brother; David Camuso.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 from 3 to 7 p.m. from the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home Inc.
A scriptural wake service will be prayed on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 from the funeral home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 10 a.m. from St. Tobias Roman Catholic Church with Msgr. Charles Kaza as celebrant. Msgr. Kaza will be assisted by Frank’s good friend, Deacon George Kelder, Jr.

Mabel Jean Shubert Reasinger, Age 80 of Division St., DuBois, PA died Sunday, December 7, 2014 at the DuBois Nursing Home.

Born on February 22, 1934 in Rockton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles & Alice (Starr) Shubert.

On January 17, 1952, she married James W. Reasinger. He survives. They would have celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary in January of 2015

Mabel retired as a secretary in the DuBois Regional Medical Center Emergency Room Department after 33 years of service.

She was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church in DuBois where she was a member of the 50-50 group. She loved to quilt, embroider, sew, and go to auctions.

She is survived by 4 sons (Dennis Reasinger & his wife Doreen of Damascus, Maryland; Brian Reasinger & his wife Alison of Whitehall, Pennsylvania; Kevin Reasinger & his wife Karen of Treasure Lake; and Charles Reasinger & his wife Andrea of Blacksburg, South Carolina) She is also survived by 7 granddaughters, 7 great granddaughters, 3 great grandsons, and several nieces & nephews.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She was preceded in death by an infant son (Roger Reasinger) a sister (Leona Puhala), and 2 brothers (Charles & Claire Shubert)

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home Inc.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 11 a.m. from the funeral home with Pastor John Miller officiating.

Burial will be in Morningside Cemetery
