Fugitive From Justice Captured in Young Township

Crime SceneYOUNG TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) –Punxsutawney-based State Police report the capture of a Dayton, Pa. man who is an Ohio fugitive from justice.

Police say at 9:15 a.m. August 14, Adam Halfstep Dinsmore, 30, of Dayton, Pa. was captured at the “park and ride” at the intersection of State Route 119 and State Route 436 in Young Township.

Dinsmore was stopped for a department of transportation inspection and was found to allegedly have an active warrant out of Trumbull County, Ohio.

Dinsmore was arraigned before District Judge Robert Chambers and placed in the Jefferson County Jail in lieu of $40,000.00 cash bail while awaiting extradition back to Ohio.
