Police say they were called to assist Clearfield County Probation with a warrant service. Upon arrival on-scene, officers reportedly observed a drug transaction between Curtis Milligan and Michael Warrick, both of Clearfield, behind the “target residence.”

Both were found to be in possession of controlled substances, including methamphetamine and heroin, as well as drug paraphernalia.

At the residence, several other people were located who were on probation and who had failed to report or absconded. These individuals were taken into custody and included Tanner Alley, also of Clearfield. Alley was reportedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Police were assisted on-scene by Clearfield Borough police, Clearfield County Probation and Clearfield County Sheriff’s Department.
