PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. — Girl Scouts from the region in grades 2 and 3 are invited to the Punxsutawney Weather Discovery Center on November 8 for the Wonders of Water Program.
Scouts will learn the science of water and its importance in the world through activities, crafts and experiments. The girls will also have time to explore the Weather Discovery Center’s exhibits.
Participants will earn the LOVE water award for completing the program.
Girl Scouts interested in attending the program should talk to their Scout leader or visit www.gswpa.org for more information and to register by November 1, 2014.
