Grace L. (Wyant) Seyler

Grace L. (Wyant) Seyler, 86, DuBois, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Christ the King Manor.

Born November 17, 1934, in Stanley, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank Wyant and the late Bertha (McGarey) Kriner.

On June 17, 1956, she married Don R. Seyler Sr. in Luthersburg. He preceded her in death on August 10, 2007.

Grace graduated from Reynoldsville High School. She was a homemaker in her own home. Grace was a member of several bowling leagues, the Eastern Star, and the First Baptist Church. She attended Lakeside United Methodist Church. Grace loved spending time with her family and friends.

Grace is survived by a daughter, Peggy Senior, Treasure Lake; six grandchildren, Erin Clouser (Travis), Casey Hedlund (Michael), Dawn Marie Edwards (Scott), and Joseph, Amy, and Elizabeth Seyler; eight great-grandchildren, Kallysta, Nolan, Avery, Thatcher, Joseph, Dorothy, Trinitie, and Kameron; a sister, Mary (Richard) Carruthers, Kalamazoo, Michigan, as well as her nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Grace was preceded in death by her son, Don R. Seyler Jr., three brothers, Merle “Dick”, William, and Lee Wyant, her granddaughter, Brandi Fye, and her son-in-law, Gary L. Senior.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. from the Lakeside United Methodist Church with Pastor Brett Dinger officiating. A time of sharing will take place after the service. Social distancing will be practiced and masks must be worn while in attendance.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Adamson Funeral Chapel and Crematorium.
