YOUNG TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A Rossiter woman is facing charges following a physical altercation in Young Township, Jefferson County, on Tuesday.
Punxsutawney-based State Police say the incident occurred when Kristi Nicole Neal, 27, of Rossiter, and a 33-year-old Delancy man engaged in a verbal altercation outside of a residence on Adrian Road.
Police say the incident escalated into a physical altercation, when the suspect allegedly grabbed the victim by the throat and scratched him with her fingernails on the left side of his torso.
Charges are pending against the suspect at Magisterial District Court 54-3-01.
