JEFFERSON COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – Marienville-based State Police say around 10:15 a.m. on December 30, an incident of harassment occurred at a private residence along State Route 949 in Eldred Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, a known male and a known female entered into a verbal dispute that escalated to the point the female slapped the victim in the head.
Police say the male refused to seek prosecution.
