Harold “Chipper” S. Duttry

Harold “Chipper” S. Duttry, 63, DuBois, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2017, at Penn Highlands DuBois.

Born January 23, 1954, in DuBois, he was the son of the late John “Jack” and Kay (Johnston) Duttry.

Chipper graduated from the DuBois Area High School in 1972.

He was employed by L.B. Toney Company.

Chipper was an avid Steeler and NASCAR fan and enjoyed coin collecting, sports memorabilia, and antiques.

He was a member of Sabula United Methodist Church.

He is survived by two children, Mary O’Bryon and her companion, Marcus Tenny, and Jamie Lynn Duttry, all of DuBois, and two grandchildren, Glen O’Bryon and Livia Peterson.

Chipper was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Melanie Myers, and a son, Shawn Paul.

Friends and family will be received Saturday, November 4, 2017, from 1-3 p.m. at the Sabula United Methodist Church.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at 3 p.m. immediately following the visitation at the church with Pastor “Butch” Brunner officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Adamson Funeral Chapel, Inc. of DuBois.

Memorial donations may be made to the organization of the donor’s choice.
