Baby Harper Jenae Riley was born prematurely Friday, August 15, 2014, at Penn Highlands DuBois hospital, were she died.
She was the daughter of Charles and Megan Lingenfelter Riley, both of DuBois.
Harper is also survived by her two brothers, Thomas and Aidan Riley.
Private graveside services were held Monday, August 18, 2014, at Salem Cemetery.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Leo Nedza Funeral Home in DuBois.
