WINSLOW TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police are investigating an incident of alleged harassment on Wishaw Road, Winslow Township, Jefferson County.
Police say the victim, listed as a 45-year-old woman, and the accused were engaged in an altercation on December 25, 2014, which escalated to physical contact when the suspect, a 38-year-old Reynoldsville man allegedly physically threw the victim out of the residence.
This investigation continues.
Police say that the appropriate charges will be filed in District Court 54-3-02.
Charges were not filed as of December 31, 2014 at 11:10 a.m.
