Harry G. Haag Jr.

Harry G. Haag Jr. 83 of Troutville, died on Tuesday September 28, 2021.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Lois ( Varner ) Haag, two children, Gary Haag, of Punxy, and Amy ( Rocco ) Ford of Brockway. Six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren, two sisters, Grace Yohe and Mary Shepler – Salada, and a long time companion, Anna Gilbert of Troutville and her two daughters, Cheryl (Bob) Muders of Brookville and Debbie (Matt) Rettger of Brockport.

Harry graduated from DuBois High school in 1957.

He moved to Erie in 1958, to work at Anson Tools and Gauges in their apprenticeship program.

He completed a Tool and Die Maker program.

He also went to Gannon University, were he obtained a degree in Mathematics.

In 1968, Harry moved back to the area to become a partner at Pace Precision Tool & Die until his retirement.

Harry was an avid Fly Fisherman, and Hunter, he also enjoyed restoring antique cars.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, Harry and Vernis (Freas ) Haag, and a Brother, Henry G. Haag.
