Harry was born on November 14, 1934, to the late Harry A. and Val Jean (Murphy) Siple in DuBois, PA.
Harry graduated from Reynoldsville Area High School.
He owned and operated Siple Upholstery in Reynoldsville and was joined years later by his nephew, Don.
He was a member of the Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church.
Harry was a wonderful man who loved to teach the values of life to his nieces and nephews.
He loved to take them hunting and fishing along with showing them how important it is to be a hardworking individual.
Every day with Harry was an adventure.
He loved to meet new people and never had a bad thing to say about anyone.
Harry is survived by his brothers’ children whom he raised: Paul, Don, Rod, and Midge; sister: Bonnie (Donald) Meholick; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Harry is preceded in passing by one niece: Marsha; and three brothers: Harold “Bud” Siple, Gene K. Siple, and Paul D. Siple.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, January 30, 2023, from 4pm to 8pm at the Snyder – d’Argy Funeral Home, 206 E. Main St., Reynoldsville, PA 15851.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, also at the funeral home, beginning at 11am and officiated by Pastor Sam Bundy.
