MAHAFFEY, Pa. (EYT) – According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, a suspected DUI occurred in Mahaffey Borough, Clearfield County.
Police say the incident occurred around 7:46 p.m. on May 24 when Benjamin J. Niebauer, of Hastings, was pulled over for a traffic stop on Market Street.
Niebauer was subsequently arrested for a suspected DUI.
The investigation is ongoing.
