The National Weather Service of Pittsburgh issued the following weather outlook at 3:05 p.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2015:

AND NORTHERN PANHANDLE OF WEST VIRGINIA.

.DAY ONE…THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS COULD PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS AND LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING…WITH LOCALIZED
FLOODING IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS POSSIBLE.
