REYNOLDSVILLE BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – Two local men are due in court today on charges related to an incident where probation officers discovered drugs and paraphernalia at a Reynoldsville residence.

Court documents indicate 20-year-old Michael Francis Little, of Reynoldsville, and 20-year-old Jacob Hunter Larson, of DuBois, are scheduled to stand for hearings in front of Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana at 3:45 p.m. and 12:00 p.m., respectively.

Little faces the following charges:

– Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
– Possession Control Substance, Misdemeanor
– Marijuana-Small Amount Personal Use, Misdemeanor
– Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor

Larson faces one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred in early December 2019.

According to a criminal complaint, on December 9, Sergeant Murray, of the Reynoldsville Borough Police Department, was contacted by an officer of Jefferson County Probation to assist at a location on East Main Street.

Chief Bell and Sergeant Murray responded to the scene and entered the residence where they noted an immediate odor of burnt marijuana.

According to the complaint, inside the apartment were two Jefferson County Probation Officers along with Michael Little and Jacob Larson.

A consent search of the residence was then conducted, and the following items were seized:

  • cocaine
  • marijuana
  • a scale
  • pipes
  • glass plates with cocaine residue
  • snorting straws
  • grinders
  • baggies used for packaging

According to the complaint, Larson admitted one of the pipes belonged to him, and Little said the drugs and other paraphernalia belonged to him.

Little also allegedly admitted to snorting three lines of cocaine.

The charges against Little and Larson were filed through Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana’s office on December 20.
