Herbert Edward Holt, 89, of Middleburg Heights, Ohio passed away peacefully on November 3, 2021.
He was born on August 25, 1932 and was raised in Brockway, PA by the late Herb and Betty (nee Henderson) Holt.
Herbert was married in 1956 to the late Elcie Racine (nee Lewey) Holt.
Eddie and Racine, now reunited leave cherished memories with their loving family.
Ed Holt; wonderful father of Susan and Gerald Mlynek; Shari and Kevin Komar; tender Papa of Shelby and Scot Stacho, Charlotte Komar, JAK Komar and Clara Mlynek; “Big Brother” of Joann Holt, Ronald “Herbie” and Marybelle Holt, the late Emily Jane & Chuck Kennedy; Berlene (nee Lewey) and the late Jim Puckett , the late Talmadge Lewey, Carl and Karen Lewey, Norris and Brenda Lewey, Horace and Pam Lewey and the late Joseph Lewey.
Uncle Eddie to many nieces and nephews.
Whether you called him Herb or Ed, he will be deeply missed by those who knew him best.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Southwest Christian Church, 6717 Fry Rd, Middleburg Hts., OH 44130.
Family receiving friends at 10am followed by a celebration of life at 12 noon.
