Honey Brook Woman Faces Drug Charges in Winslow Township

crime-newsWINSLOW TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – A Honey Brook woman is now facing 33 charges, including 28 misdemeanors, for an incident occurring last November in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.

According to online court documents, charges were filed September 21 against Amy Jo Logan, 37, of Honey Brook, who faces 26 counts of misdemeanor use or possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident that occurred November 30, 2014.

Logan also faces second-degree misdemeanor flight to avoid apprehension, trial, or punishment and third-degree misdemeanor providing false identification to a law enforcement officer, as well as summary charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license, careless driving, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, giving false information, and investigation by officer and duty of operator, court documents state.

Court documents indicate Logan is currently awaiting a preliminary hearing.
