Jack L. Lindahl

Jack L. Lindahl, 86, of Charles Town, died Monday, Dec. 4, 2017, at Shenandoah Center, Charles Town.

Born Jan. 1, 1931, in Du- Bois, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Harry Lindahl and Estelle (Goldsmith) Lindahl.

Mr. Lindahl retired after 33 years with United Airlines in reservations.

He was a member of St. Thomas Lutheran Church. Mr. Lindahl served in the U.S. Army during Korea.

He is survived by his friend, Jim Keel, of Rippon; his cousin, Barbara Johnson and husband, Chester, of DuBois; and also other cousins.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 8, 2017, at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town, with Pastor Diane Day officiating.

Interment will be held at a later date in Pennsylvania.

Friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
