Janet Marie Chamberlin

Janet Marie Chamberlin, 55, of Brockway and formerly of Grampian, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2016 at the Penn Highlands Brookville Hospital.

Born March 17, 1960 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Clair David and Margaretta “Greta” (McKenrick) Mahlon. Mrs. Chamberlin was a homemaker.

She was a life member of the Grampian-Penn-Bloom Volunteer Fire Company, where she served as treasurer. She was also a member of and treasurer of the Chat-n-Sew Club.

Mrs. Chamberlin was a member of the Grampian Church of God. She was also affiliated with the Brockway Alliance Church.

On Oct. 22, 1988, she wed Edward J. Chamberlin, who survives, along with her mother of Brockway; two children, Rusty Lee Fulmer and Karli Frances Chamberlin, both of Brockway; and a grandson, Gage Maverick Fulmer of West Decatur.

She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Charles “Chuck” Mahlon.

Memorial services for Mrs. Chamberlin will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Grampian Church of God with Pastor Dale Buckwitz officiating. Burial will be in the Wood Cemetery, Grampian.

Friends will be received from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. Friday at the church.
