BROCKWAY, Pa. (EYT) – Brockway Center for Arts and Technology (BCAT) is hosting their first-ever Artisan Christmas Village.

The Artisan Christmas Village is a one-night event where the community can come together and celebrate the arts by supporting local artists and artisans.
The event will be held on Friday, December 14, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Brockway Center for Arts and Technology, located at 1200 Wood St, Brockway, PA.
Staff artists at BCAT, as well as some outside artists from the community, will be exhibiting and selling work. Items available will include handmade soaps, leather items, jewelry, ceramics and pottery, ornaments, and paintings. BCAT is also still accepting applications for additional artists.
The event will also include local carolers as well as free coffee.
Brockway Center for Arts and Technology (BCAT) is a Youth Arts and Job Training center located in Brockway, Pennsylvania: the first rural replication of the highly successful Manchester Bidwell Corporation of Pittsburgh.
BCAT’s mission is to provide opportunities for youth and adults to explore, discover and transform by providing educational and career advancement programs, after-school arts programs, and a beautiful, welcoming environment by providing employment training for real jobs in the area, after-school youth and arts programs, and a resident artist program and art gallery at no cost to the students.
