Jefferson County Fair Wraps Up Today

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Saturday is the final day of the Jefferson County Fair and organizers are prepared for a strong finish.

The day kicks off with the Memorial Horse Show at 9:00 a.m., then the carnival will open at 1:00 p.m.

The Figure 8 races begin at 2:00 p.m., then the demolition derby at 7:00 p.m.

On the Community Stage, Kim Thomas’ fiddle contest begins at 1:00 p.m. Those wanting to sign up must register at noon.

“The Banned” will play from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Also, the racing pigs will perform on the stage throughout the evening.

Admission is just $8.00 and includes parking, admission to all exhibits, unlimited carnival rides, and admission to all grandstand shows.

More than 20 food vendors will be offering a wide selection of food.

Don’t miss the exhibits in the grange, expo, and Songer buildings.
