BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – A 59-year-old Clarington man was found not guilty of Aggravated Indecent Assault and related charges stemming from allegations that he inappropriately violated a 14-year-old girl.
Following a jury trial in the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas, 59-year-old Randall Bryan Graham, of Clarington was found not guilty of the following charges.
– 2 counts of Aggravated Indecent Assault W/O Consent, Felony 2
– 2 counts of Aggravated Indecent Assault – Comp Less Than 16, Felony 2
– 2 counts of Corruption Of Minors – Defendant Age 18 or Above, Felony 3
– 2 counts of Corruption of Minors, Misdemeanor 1
– 2 counts Indecent Assault-W/O Consent Of Other, Misdemeanor 2
– 2 counts of Indecent Assault Person Less 16 Yrs Age, Misdemeanor 2
Graham was arrested on May 12, 2014, following an investigation by Marienville-based State Police after they received a report of suspected child abuse from Jefferson County Children and Youth Services.
