Cheesy Bacon Tater Tot Casserole
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef, browned
1/2 onion, chopped
1 – 15-1/4 oz. can corn, drained
1 – 19 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Packet Ranch Dressing Mix
1 – 32 oz. package frozen tater tots
1/2 Cup of Bacon Crumbs
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
Sour Cream
~Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2-qt. glass baking dish with cooking spray.
~Place browned hamburger into the bottom of the dish, covering entire bottom, gently pressing it down.
~Sprinkle with diced onions. Layer corn as next layer. Mix soup and 1/2 packet of ranch dressing mix. Top with the soup mixture. Layer tater tots on top, covering the entire top. Top with bacon and cheese.
~Bake for 45 minutes.
~Let cool slightly, then serve with sour cream.
