Banana Split Delight
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups honey graham crackers, crushed (about 9 crackers)
1 cup sugar, divided
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 – 20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
6 bananas, divided
2 – 3.4 oz pkg. vanilla flavor instant pudding
2 cups cold milk
2 cups thawed whipped topping, divided
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
~Mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and butter. Press onto bottom of 13×9-inch pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
~Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar with mixer until well blended. Spread carefully over crust. Top with pineapple. Slice four bananas. Arrange over pineapple.
~Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk two minutes until well blended. Stir in one cup whipped topping. Spread over banana layer in pan. Top with remaining whipped topping.
~Refrigerate for five hours.
~Slice remaining two bananas just before serving and arrange over dessert. Top with nuts.
