Ingredients
4 cups of your favorite potato chips – crushed (makes about 1 cup)
1 large egg – beaten
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
-Combine egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
-In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture, coat all sides. Then completely coat with the crushed potato chips.
-Fry chicken in oil for 10 to 12 minutes turning at least once, browning all sides.
