Chocolate Pizza – For Chocolate Lovers!
Chocolate Pizza
Ingredients
8 oz white baking chocolate, divided
1-1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup crisp rice cereal
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup salted peanuts
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 cup red candied cherries
Directions
~In a microwave-safe bowl, melt six squares of white chocolate with the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Stir in the cereal, marshmallows, and peanuts.
Spread into a 10″ circle on a greased pizza pan.
~Sprinkle with coconut and top with cherries. Melt remaining white chocolate and drizzle over pizza. Refrigerate until set.
~Makes 16 slices.
